Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder (plant-based or whey)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess & extra protein)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for blood sugar balance)
A few ice cubes, if using fresh fruit
Equipment Needed:
Blender (high-speed or standard)
Measuring cups/spoons
Glass or to-go cup
Instructions:
Add to blender: Start with almond milk, then add avocado, berries, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, yogurt (if using), and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth: About 30–60 seconds, until creamy and fully combined.
Adjust consistency: Add more almond milk if it’s too thick, or a few ice cubes to make it colder.
